A multi-day executive leadership event featuring a 50-piece orchestra. As Senior Producer and Project Lead, William owned it from early planning through onsite execution and post-production: budget, production timelines, vendors, permits, CAD drawings, venue coordination, technical planning and rehearsals.
Corporate Event, New York City
Producer and stage manager in one. William ran the show from the backstage tech table with a full crew on comms, calling cameras, audio, graphics and playback in real time, while managing the stage, speakers and every cue in between.

William has produced live events and broadcasts for more than twenty years. He started in the control room at Madison Square Garden, NBA TV and FOX Sports, then moved into the Producer seat at MSG Varsity, leading crews of 16 to 30 on hundreds of live and live-to-tape sports broadcasts. Today he produces executive keynotes, town halls, summits and multi-room hybrid events for global enterprise clients. Clients rely on him to own the budget, schedule and run of show, manage crews and vendors, and solve problems before the audience ever sees them. Based in Seattle, he also produces and co-hosts the Sports Doc Talk podcast.
